Dr. Scott Lively tackles the LGBT coalition’s intimidation of Christians on the Sept. 15 edition of his program Prophecy and Politics on Brighteon.TV. The pastor mentions that those who stand for the Bible’s view on homosexuality experience are put through the “lavender meat grinder” for their opinions. Lively shares his firsthand experience and that of his friend Bill Whatcott at the hands of the LGBT mafia.
The pastor says people who espouse the beliefs of the Make America Great Again (MAGA) movement watch Brighteon.tv due to a shared outrage over the events transpiring in the U.S. Lively elaborates: “Over half of America is outraged at what we’ve seen happen in our country.” He cites the leftist movement’s use of dirty tricks, double standards, abuse of process in the judicial branch and relentless malicious propaganda against conservative Christians.
Lively compares how people who espouse a leftist political view get away with murder while those with a rightist view have their tiniest mistakes “magnified to the furthest extreme.” He compares conservatives standing up against leftism to the protesters who were arrested in relation to the Jan. 6 protests at the U.S. Capitol.
However, Lively mentions that the relatively young MAGA movement is not the only group experiencing what he calls “Marxist terrorism and tyranny.” He cites the Tea Party movement from 2009 that has risen in response to former President Barack Obama’s agenda to fundamentally transform the U.S. as another group subjected to the same oppression. “There’s been a gradual awakening of the silent majority to all of these outrageous Marxist tactics and dirty tricks,” the pastor adds.
According to Lively, the LGBT agenda has been the core constituency of the progressive movement since the beginning – even dating back to the Soviet Union during the early 1920s. He continues: “[In] the U.S., they became more commonplace in recent decades [because] they were introduced and perfected by the radical leftist activists of the LGBT community.” (Related: The tip of the spear of today’s Marxism: The LGBT movement.)
Lively then shares the story of Bill Whatcott, a Canadian activist standing up against the LGBT mafia’s immorality. The pastor cites Whatcott’s email from 2016 asking if he could participate in street theater in Toronto. Whatcott tells Lively in the email that he plans to gather a group of people to dress up in zombie costumes.
While Lively could not commit to the engagement due to his busy schedule, Whatcott pushes through with his plan. The Canadian activist joins the 2016 Toronto Pride Parade wearing a green zombie costume and a rainbow tutu. Whatcott and his group then compile Gospel verses that outline the Bible’s stance on homosexuality – which are packaged as “safe sex kits.”
Donning his costume, Whatcott gives out 3,000 kits while participating in the parade. When the organizers discover the activist’s actions, Lively says “they went completely insane with rage.” The parade organizers then file a $104 million suit against Whatcott. Organizers of the Pride Parade accuse him of distributing “anti-gay material which promoted hatred toward the gay community” in their lawsuit, the Toronto Sun reports.
Five years after his stunt, Whatcott then emails Lively asking for prayer as he will be going on trial for hate crimes in October 2021. The Christian activist has also posted a similar call in his blog, asking readers to pray for him, his family and his lawyer John Rosen. “For just simply expressing his opinion at a Gay Pride Parade, he has been put through the meat grinder,” Lively says. (Related: Canada now CRIMINALIZING Christianity; public demonstrations to be completely outlawed.)
The pastor continues that the Canadian government has “put every resource that [it] can” to ensure Whatcott’s conviction. He adds: “The entire government has been lined up in order to take down and punish Bill Whatcott for having made them look foolish and telling the truth to people that are dying of a lifestyle that’s killing them.”
Lively remarks that his heart went out to Whatcott after reading the activist’s email. “Getting this message from Bill Whatcott, I [kind of] had a lot of sympathy for him. I know what he’s been going through … [and] what he’s going to go through in this trial in Canada,” the pastor says.
He then shares that he himself has faced legal action from the LGBT mafia and its leftist allies for six and a half years. The Manhattan-based Center for Constitutional Rights (CCR), which is the entity responsible for the federal lawsuit against Lively, accuses him of “crimes against humanity” for his anti-homosexuality preaching in Uganda in 2009.
The CCR also claims Lively’s preaching has led to the Ugandan Parliament passing the so-called Kill The Gays Bill in 2014. The bill mandates capital punishment for “aggravated homosexuality” – another term for homosexual pedophilia. However, a five-magistrate panel on the Constitutional Court of Uganda overturn the measure in August 2014 over a technicality.
“I had nothing to do with … creating that law, but I was accused of that. Even though it’s perfectly same as free speech – just simply my [Bible-based] opinion [with] no hate in it, no slurs, no nonsense [and] just straight truth – I end up in U.S. federal court,” Lively recounts.
