In the event the Supreme Court allows Donald Trump to remain on the ballot for the 2024 election and he actually wins, The Atlantic is urging Democrats to refuse to certify the election with Trump as the winner, effectively blocking him from a second term.
A recent hit piece in The Atlantic by Russell Berman entitled “How Democrats Could Disqualify Trump If the Supreme Court Doesn’t” lays out a bold strategy for the left to basically stop the former president from getting reelected, even if We the People choose him over Joe Biden.
Should the Supreme Court not resolve the question of Trump’s eligibility, allowing Trump to win, attorney Jason Murray says “it could come back with a vengeance” after the election when Congress reconvenes to count and certify the votes of the Electoral College.
“Murray and other legal scholars say that, absent clear guidance from the Supreme Court, a Trump win could lead to a constitutional crisis in Congress,” Berman writes. “Democrats would have to choose between confirming a winner many of them believe is ineligible and defying the will of voters who elected him.”
“Their choice could be decisive: As their victory in a House special election in New York last week demonstrated, Democrats have a serious chance of winning a majority in Congress in November, even if Trump recaptures the presidency on the same day. If that happens, they could have the votes to prevent him from taking office.”
Democrats: The worst thing in the history of the world — punishable perhaps by death — is not voting to certify an election.

Numerous senior House Democrats have confirmed in interviews that they have no plans to certify a Trump win unless the Supreme Court affirms Trump’s eligibility. As of now, SCOTUS seems unlikely to offer its opinion on Trump’s eligibility, instead shifting the decision to Congress.
In other words, Trump can still win, just so long as Democrats recapture a majority in Congress. Then, Democrats can block Trump from taking office by refusing to certify his win.
The irony of this little plot was not overlooked by social media users who pointed out the hypocrisy of the left in doing the very same thing it prosecuted hundreds of January 6 “insurrectionists” for when they contested the results of the fraudulent 2020 election.
“This is just the latest example of Democrats projecting their intention to defy the will of the voters if Trump wins the 2024 election,” notes Infowars‘ Jamie White.

Another leftist plot, should Trump get reelected, is to have the military simply refuse to follow Trump’s orders as Commander-in-Chief. NBC News reported just last month that “a loose-knit network of public interest groups and lawmakers” are plotting just that in an attempt to “foil any efforts” of Trump’s that go against the establishment.
“Democrats should expect to go to prison in D.C. for 22 years for trying to overturn the election since they’ve set the precedent by jailing nonviolent J6 protesters for speaking out against the rigged 2020 election,” White further contends about what the left is clearly plotting right out in the open to block another Trump presidency.
The establishment is once again reeling at the thought of Trump winning another presidential election. Keep up with the latest news at Trump.news.
