Unless something is done to fight the “external and internal enemies” who aim to dismantle the globalist-controlled European Union (EU), “our Europe” could end up dying, said French President Emmanuel Macron at a gathering this week.
Speaking alongside German head of state Frank-Walter Steinmeier at the recent Festival of Democracy, Macron expressed worry that the EU might soon collapse, leaving all of Europe to return to what it once was before the bloc was foisted upon them.
“I think that we are experiencing a moment in our Europe which is existential because I really believe that our Europe can die,” Macron said, referencing a keynote speech he delivered back in April.
With the upcoming European elections almost here, Macron urged his audience to vote for pro-EU forces instead of the European nationalists who want to restore their continent by driving out the corrupt money changers.
“There is a form of fascination with authoritarianism which is born in our own democracies … which also feeds nationalism and other extremes on our content,” he said.

Had “nationalists” been in charge during the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) “pandemic,” they would have failed to address it in the way Macron did. They also would have shown “no capacity to respond to migration challenges” and issues pertaining to climate change.
“We would have abandoned backing Ukraine against Russia, which all the nationalists in our countries support,” Macron added, failing to read the room. “And, therefore, history would have not been the same. For these reasons, it is important to vote in the Europeans.”
Steinmeier expressed support for Macron’s words, adding that the fact Macron showed up at all to the Festival of Democracy is “a signal that we need an alliance of democrats in Europe.”
Steinmeier’s use of the word democrats, in this context, does not refer to the Democrat Party as it is known here in the United States. Democrats in a generic context are those who support democracy as defined by Macron and Steinmeier.
The irony of Macron’s tone-deaf words at the Festival of Democracy did not go unnoticed by online commenters who pointed out that Europe’s biggest threat is to keep people like Macron in office.
“When someone shoots themselves in the foot and expects all their friends to come running to help, keep in mind that all their friends did the same thing and are not capable of running,” one joked.
“The conflation of Judaism and Israel is logically incorrect and Macron is now conflating Europe which can’t die, with the EU which can; and the sooner the better,” wrote another. “Europe would be better off if the EU would cease to exist, as would Judaism if Israel ceased to exist.”
Another pointed out that Macron is technically correct in that those who control the EU are absolutely in danger of losing their stranglehold on Europe.
“Macron is so right: the colonial imperialist rulers are surely in danger,” this person wrote. “They are losing grip on power, which means Africans, Asians and Latinos will be able to prosper, endangering wealth and cheap labour.”
“Perhaps he does not realize Europe is dying because he is one of those internal enemies,” said someone else.
“Macron has a unique gift of saying stupid things and making more enemies. If EU countries keep electing people like Macron, the EU is in serious danger, indeed.”
The EU is in danger of dying because Europeans are sick and tired of unelected globalists controlling their lives. Learn more at Globalism.news.
